  4th Division team VakantieZon made their first announced since they're created at 13 October. The visionary manager, new in the world of cycling and managing, told about the future scheme he made for his team at a press conference held in Amsterdam.
  When asked for his way of letting the cyclists win a race, he answered: "I'll yell and curse if they don't go fast enough. But if they manage to satisfy my expectations I allow them to go on a nice rice break."
  
  After the laughing of present sport journalists, he continued his story by adding: "You're all a bunch of lazy, nasty and incompetent noodles with a silly job. Nincompoops!"
